I went twice today. I did my Halloween shopping and when it was time to check out the young lady was so kind and very helpful. I left and had to go back to return something I had just bought and the people at customer service were quick and very kind. Over all both trips, the employees and store were enjoyable.

It took them 2 hrs and 37 minutes to change a tire. I had to sit on the floor since there are no chairs due to COVID. Worst service I've ever experienced, it even makes me laugh of how incredible the wait was. I know they get paid by the hour but that doesn't give them the right to make customers waste their time.

Nice & friendly front entrance employees! I had walked in forgetting my mask by mistake. Ladies were very nice and kind. I apologized and was going back to my car to get my mask but they insisted on giving me a new one. They seemed to understand that mistakes happen. All Walmart stores need employees as friendly and nice as they were to me. Walmart needs to pay these nice people well especially during this time and they are out on the front line working for us!! I'm sure they aren't receiving their worth!!

Its Walmart... That being said, this place is actually nice to shop at for Anchorage. Everyone says the Dimond location is better but I disagree. This place is more organized and the staff are friendlier. It doesn't seem like you have to look forever to find anyone for locked up items which is nice. The only downside is the vagrants that hang out by the grocery side entrance at the little garden square. The usually don't bother you but every once in a while you'll have one ask for money or for a cigarette.

A-Tex Family Fun Center got us our hot tub by the date they promised, and then sent out someone within 24 hours to fix what ended up being a minor issue. Since we were new to the hot tub, I reached out for support on Christmas day as I didn’t want to do anything to damage the new hot tub. Not only did I get help, but I discovered later that I was being helped by the owner. That’s great service! I highly recommend them!!

A playground for big boys and girls of all ages. Great place to learn about Taxidermy too. Have been looking for ammunition at the store and have had some trouble finding the size and type that I've been looking for. Still they did have it one time and the prices were good.

Rose and Queen are the most awesome people. Always friendly. I especially love Rose, she has always been a great person and prays for me and my daughter. The rest of the employees that I have encountered have been nice. The only complaint I have is some of the employees aren't wearing the mask properly.

Attempted to purchase a gun, sat down with the owner for over an hour back in June and it was very pleasant, we went over different varieties and which would be best for me, he said he put in the order. Then I never heard anything. Any time I called it went to voicemail, and none of my voicemails were ever returned. I didn’t spend a dime but I also didn’t get the gun so it was a huge waste of time driving out there and putting in an order for absolutely nothing.

The lady working at the customer service returns area was aware of her surroundings. Helping and guiding people as she was taking care of her customers. She let me know where to check in for my online order. I sure did appreciate that. The lady who went and got my order was so nice. I have been dealing with a lot of walmarts and this one by far takes their customer service serious. Keep the good employees please. It makes all the difference.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I got an email back on Dec 12th that said my online (not in a store) order from Dec 10th had shipped. On Dec 20th I called customer service to see what the hold up was on my order and they said there was no reason. It just hasn’t made it to the carrier yet to actually be shipped. It is now after 11pm Dec 22 and the delivery status still says the shipping facility has not received package from the seller yet. This is freaking ridiculous. I most CERTAINLY will not be doing business with them again. I would add a photo, but I have NOTHING to show.

Plenty of helpful staff. Very knowledgeable about products. Veterans discount on purchase. Have returned several times to discuss a purchase that I made and have received nothing but stellar customer service and product support since initial purchase. Purchased a pair of snowshoes for a very competitive price compared to REI, ended up returning them for a refund and was given a full refund with no questions asked. People at the front counter are very friendly and helpful.

Really disappointed that I could not afford to play with the toys that they have there. They have what appears to be an excellent selection of all kinds of ski and Mountaineering equipment. They had a pretty good rate for rental skis for a day and for weekend. Could not help but get a little sticker shock from the price of what crampons cost these days even with their 20% off sale . They had a very useful and attractive helpful staff. Still need to cash another paycheck but I'll be coming back to this place to rent skis for a day. Ended up buying crampons on eBay for one third of the price of what they charge at this store.

The only real complaint that I have is the fact that I don't appreciate that Walmart has gotten rid of most of their employees and work on a skeleton crew. At any given time you can only find one real checker and when you're walking through the store there used to be no less than one person per department Now you can't find one person out of 10 departments. So I really wish they would change that

Ammo has been low. When I call to see if any come in the employees are rough. I understand it has been rough. We needs ammo. We practice with our hand guns. Then when they have ammo it five boxes per family. My husband and I both shoot. We have concealed license. We are each a customer and should be allowed to buy five boxes each.

It is okay. But, they tend to forget that there is more than Hispanics in the area. I have asked for items that other Wal-Marts carry. But, they won't order them here. They did get a few more handicapped scooters than they had before. However, my friend still had to wait for one. The door greeter was nice about it though and she eventually received one. I will not visit the McDonald's here as they do not practice safe food handling. Using the same gloves for money and food doesn't present a clean food service.

Overall it's not the worst Walmart I've ever been in. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. The grocery section seems to have what ever the store buys in bulk at the time. The food shelves have little variety. The rest of the store has typical stuff and easy to find. They do have great fried chicken!!

Terrible location. Parking is a pain, no posted signs to locate it. The smell of urine is so strong that you can smell it through masks. The service was not great and they didn't have what we wanted.

Cool store filled with a lot of cool merchandise. You can pretty much get anything with the Mariner's team logo on it here. My only complaint is that everything in here is very expensive. I tried going here for a secret Santa gift exchange, and I couldn't find clothing for less than 20 buck, so I went to Seattle tourist store and found a slightly lower quality hat that fit my budget. However this place still deserves 4 stars because it has the largest selection of signed merch for the super fans to pick from!
