I was incredibly impressed with this company's high quality of work. It is clear to me that the management has emphasized the importance of great customer service because everyone I interfaced was very polite, proper and willing to listen. I am a manager myself am to see this type of high quality customer service from the other end is really impressive.
My partner chose to have a different company come out on Sunday so we could observe what they were doing. They never showed up. So we selected this crew next and not only did they arrive on time, they also did a superb job cleaning out the dog hairs from the previous home owner. I can say from my point of view: this crew is great.
Buddy was the name of the employee who came to my house for the air duct cleaning work. He was nice and displayed a high degree of propriety - a most noticeable example being his proactive willingness to wear footies so as to prevent carpet stains. The cleaning that was done took about 2 and a half hours, and it wS clear to me that the Buddy took his time to delicately clean each duct. Both the flex and fixed ducts were checked afterward with pictures provided. Altogether, I'd say the service exceeded my expectations.
Hired this company through yellowpages because they were the only air duct cleaning company within my locale. Very very good service. Showed up on time and did a thorough cleaning. Not extremely cheap, but service was great.
Our home environment had gotten pretty unsafe from all the mildew. Jonny was able to take care of business and we were really grateful for the generous price he gave to us. Thankfully all is well now.
