Roost had their soft opening 9/20/2018. We have been waiting so long for this lounge to open. I can say the wait was well worth it! The staff were absolutely wonderful! Their happy hour prices are excellent! We LOVE the shape of the bar which is rectangular shape which fits the layout of the bar PERFECTLY! this is going to be our regular watering hole! We needed a nice lounge in Cathedral City! Is it worth the drive from PS? Absolutely! Don’t miss out!
Great outdoor seating space with proper distancing. the owner at this bar has made arrangements with multiple restaurants in the complex to serve their food bringing an amazing mix you can't find anywhere else. The bartender is poured a perfect Manhattan perfectly, which in and of itself, is a feat most bartenders simply cannot do. The food from the surrounding restaurants was good. I must admit I haven't had such a pleasurable dining experience since... Pre-covid... Kudos to Jeff and his staff!!!!! And his loyal patronage!!! If you don't know about this place, you should.
Best place to go during time of limited choices. AND they follow all health guidelines. (But what can we do about old timers' smoking?) Hate to run that gauntlet in rear; oh well May join them with a pipe containing the good stuff.
Very Clean, Amazing Staff!... Attentive staff!!.. staff with a slow pour, but great drinks.. Old videos... Being a gay bar.. Bring on some eye candy with hot bartenders and staff... VERY clean... Please keep it up... Please! Drinks are strong and happy hour prices are low.. Beautiful bar... I wish it well.... Near my home..
