Store is always nicely laid out. Staff are super helpful and always ready to help order items not in the store to be shipped to you. Fitting rooms are roomy and well lit. They always have great sales and give out coupons often. I would have given a 5 but the bathroom is appalling. For a store that nice, the bathroom was a great disappointment with rust and brown stains all over. Definitely needs to be redone.
