I wish I can give them a negative star. The person that answers the phone is skne what polite depends on what time of day you call. Then there is this senior services supervisor name Stephanie Witherspoon is very rude, doesn't know how to communicate at all. I've tried to get information about what services I can get for my loved one. She doesn't seem to know a thing. Then as far as emailing her documents to her. She won't even communicate with you if you sent them out. Instead you get a nasty graham that you loved one application for services will be denied because she hasn't received the documents requested. I mean how do I know if she received them if she doesn't communicate. She acts like I'm taking something from her personal finances. She's not helpful at all. I will never ever deal with catholic charities ever again.
