I don't even know where to start! Worst service ever! It is going on two months and I am still waiting on my independence card. I called numerous of times and there is not any solutions. If you are in need .....good luck because they are not helpful at all.

The people in this office are the most unprofessional individuals I have ever encountered in my life. They are rude and take advantage of those who are in need of help. They submit false information in your accounts and say they are going to do something or have taken care of something, when they haven’t. There’s more than a few people in this office who either need to be fired or retrained!
