This McDonald's is plagued with some staff who are not attentive to the customer requests. Consequently they often get orders wrong. Arrogance of certain staff members, with a palpable sense of disdain for the customer is apparent at times. Rude behavior and an inability for some workers to politely engage with customers is a big problem in my book. I often feel I have to apologize when I'm making my order to your rep because get the feeling by their response that I am annoying them. I experienced an incident the other day when a staff member gave me the wrong order. And when I informed him of this he angrily demanded I give him the receipt. I immediately proceeded to hand him the receipt but he just ignored me and once again got the order wrong until one of the female staff corrected his mistake. No biggie with the wrong order. Mistakes happen everywhere. My issue was the angry and dismissive way the worker reacted. Definitely not good for business. Being cordial ,friendly and helpful to all in a business setting should be just common sense on the part of the individual. I grew up with McDonald's and will always patronize your restaurant. It's just that some people are not suited for greeting the public due to ignorance from not being raised properly or some mental disability. Just wanted to voice my opinion.
I enjoyed my time at SongBuilder Studios. Nice quality sound and very professional. They work with you to get the desired sound that you want. They took time and made sure I got what I wanted out of the R&B songs they produced. I had my first songs produced there and it turned out awesome. The music advice from Steve is very valuable. And the studio price is a good price for your money.
Had a GREAT experience at Song Builder Studios! Steve is a top notch engineer/producer and is wonderful to work with. A good engineer needs to have two things going for him; 1. the ability to make the artist feel totally at home, and 2. the ability to push an artist beyond their little bubble of comfort...Steve has just the right blend! I would absolutely recommend Song Builder Studios.
Stephen is an amazing engineer, song writer, and producer. He has helped record cover songs for me. He is easy to work with and always helpful with anything I have needed. He will go out of his way to make sure his clients are fully satisfied. He takes the utmost pride in his studio and it really shows. He has natural musical talent and anyone who works with him will be successful. To say we have had the best experience here would be understated. Highly recommend this studio to anyone who is looking!
