I could've done without the \speed dips.\ I wouldn't have driven too fast without them, so if you happen to be passing through....bring your 4x4s and wear ur high waters. And if you happen to know where lot number 1 is, you're lucky. I drove all over the place looking to start my search at the beginning of the numbers.

They don’t even deserve one star. They’re horrible heartless scam artists. I’m a 26 year old graduate student and will now be homeless because of these despicable slum lords. I bought a mobile home and have all documentation including the title and they “went to court” court that I was never even notified of and won’t even allow me to turn in an application but are demanding I “move my trailer “ without any reason to deny my application. I have no felonies, no misdemeanors, and I’ve owned my previous residence for 7 years. They have people with manslaughter charges living there but won’t let a young college graduate with no record move in for no reason at all? They are discriminating against me and don’t care about what’s right or wrong. They’ve ruined my life for no reason and won’t even pay me for the trailer they are stealing. Don’t like here. They change lot rent more than their oil. It literally changes every week. Things get stolen off the porches and out of cars. This park is trash and it’s ran by trash.

A clean mobile home park; which I believe is probably rare.
