During the day I received the text that the room was ready when we got there it was not ready there was dirty dishes dirty sheets it looked like it needed to be cleaned anyways we called the office she came cleaned up!! took over a hour after arriving before it got dark.. after all that we had a issue with the water after washing a small amount of dishes the water wouldn't heat up at all so we had to take a cold shower then the next day the water went back to normal I got told I'm receiving a partial refund n I have 50 dollar credit for next time I'm staying and she also said the fire was on them but to be honest I feel that I should be getting more out of it ..since we payed so much not sure if I will come back again

To start off, this is a great place for a mini getaway whether you're from the city, stopping by the area, or just want to experience the mini getaway cabin. Staff was quick to respond both via text and call, extremely helpful. Cabin itself was cozy and beautiful with many amenities including electric stove, clean bathroom with flushable toilet and decent water pressure shower, cooking supplies and utensils with basic seasonings, fire pit/outdoor grill, mini fridge, and climate control for heat or AC. And of course, the well known massive window right next to the bed with a view of the woods. The massive windows are not facing the road or towards other cabins so that's a plus with keeping your privacy in mind. Cabins are placed within a somewhat close distance of each other (my neighbors' cabin was about a 15-20 second walk from mine) but won't feel like your privacy is invaded. Now for the negative. Simply put, there were too many bugs/insect inside the cabins. Over a three night stay, we killed over 50 insects (mostly large ants). We would find one or two every 10 minutes. We found them on the walls, in the showers, and on the bed. Granted, the cabins are located in the middle of the woods and it is spring with warmer temperatures so I gave the benefit of the doubt that it is normal. However, it did kill the mood towards the second day, and we were ready to leave by the last day. So, great place for a short trip for a day or two to explore the area, take pictures in and out of the cabin, grill your food, enjoy some quiet time with privacy. However, expect bugs and insects crawling on everything.

This was absolutely mind blowing experience! We loved it from the minute we arrived! We only stayed for one night and it definitely wasn’t enough. It was so nice to escape from big city and breathe the fresh air and finally be without a mask!!!! (As long as you social distance obviously). We so enjoyed the privacy around our cabin. The cabin was exceptionally clean (I am a cleaning freak so I really appreciated that). I could go on and on but long story short - We will be back!!!!!!!!! Everything was very smooth and all the instructions were given via email/text message.

I’ll start off by saying the cabin itself is very cute and cozy and the staff is so friendly and accommodating. However, a few reasons I would not return and couldn’t get out of there faster. 30 min prior to arriving I was notified the heat in my cabin was not working - no big deal, they left a great space heater. We found about 4 crickets within the first couple of hours being there - one of which was in our bed. Within a few minutes of contacting the staff, someone came to spray and she was SO nice (and funny). However, we continued to see crickets throughout our two night stay. I’m assuming since the heat unit was not working, critters decided to travel through there. During the first night I happened to wake up at 3:30am and saw someone walking around what seemed like the next two cabins and woods with a flashlight for over an hour. Nothing happened, but it was extremely nerve wrecking. On our second day we found what seemed to be droppings in our bed and on our bathroom floor mat. They had us strip our bed and dropped off new sheets and towels. When waking up the second morning I was greeted by a cricket on my sheets. We left at 8am because we could not be in there any longer. Not worth what we paid.

Great getaway during the pandemic. A nice change of scenery. Our host was very sweet to our pups and left a bag of treats for them. Our dogs had a wonderful vacay as did we.

These cabins are so adorable! I had the pleasure of photographing some of your guests for their engagement photos and they came out so cute! We did them in January and the cabin definitely kept warm and was private. Might have to come back for a little getaway myself!

Amazing getaway experience. The rooms are small but planned and well equipped. However if you dont have any pre-arranged entertainment you will be bored. So carry books, downloaded movies or board/ card games to enjoy after dark.

Classy high end campground. Well laid out private sites. New clean and well laid out tiny houses Stocked with all the amenities you would need. Fire pit with grates for grilling outside with four very nice Adirondack chairs as well as a full picnic table with two benches. We brought the dog which was a little extra but they supplied dog bowls, treats and a 20 foot long tie leash outside. Our cabin would hold four people. If it is just the two of you try to get a cabin with just one bed so you don’t have any obstructed view out the big window. All in all a very nice night in the woods. Thank you guys.
