What a terrific experience! I live in the Highlands, and it was my first time there. I had a Kipling rolling duffel bag that had lost a wheel. Sergey, the owner, replaced both wheels and it is like brand new. Great service, and a very nice gentleman!!
The owner was very helpful repairing my luggage and friendly.
I wouldn't want to go anywhere else for my alterations. The shop does an incredible job. You may find it slightly expensive but it is worth it. I rather pay this shop for doing it right then risk with someone else who might charge me less and make me regret my decision.
