Love this car wash. Collin is the first one I talk to everytime I bring my truck in to get cleaned. He remembers my name, is always super polite and lets me know if they have any upgrade or detail specials available. I have the unlimited monthly wash pass so I'm probably there 3 or 4 times per month. A great place close to home.

Please fix your auto unlimited car wash scanner . It’s never worked since day 1 correctly . Personnel always have to manually scan tag on car and it’s only 5 months old . Great car wash for the value too .

This is about the 3rd or 4th time I've used Cobblestone and the first time that the vacuuming was unacceptable. They pretty much did not vacuum the back end of our SUV and the back seat area was poorly (and probably hurriedly) done. The rear window was also skipped as my dogs nose prints were still on the glass. No, the back end wasn't locked nor were they busy on this Thursday morning. I'll go back....I still have 10 tickets from the booklet we bought. Hopefully a manager will read this and mention it to the detail guys.

This place is a complete and utter scam operation, they are total crooks! I went here in October 2020 for the premium 38 car wash. I only wanted a single/one-time car wash, NOT the unlimited car wash membership. The workers here were trying to upsell me at every turn and essentially harassing me for at least 10 minutes about getting the unlimited car wash pass they were hawking. I said over and over - NO! I just wanted one car wash and that's it. Well, lo and behold, they signed me up for it anyway without my knowledge or consent. Sadly, it took me a few months to discover the illegitimate monthly charges of 49 a month they were hitting my credit card for. I called the place, spoke to the manager Pat, and I could tell they run their business over their like a real crime syndicate. She had an attitude. Still waiting for actual confirmation from corporate of a 147 refund I am owed. Please steer clear of this place and for the love of god do not get a car wash here because they will take your credit card number and sign you up for incredibly expensive memberships without your knowledge. I will never go here again and I will tell everyone I know about my horrendous experience. I hope Cobblestone goes out of business, they are absolutely awful.
