If only there was an option for more stars, we had such a great time!!! From the very start it was a positive experience the young staff are informed about what they are doing and go out of their way to share all the with you. They went into great detail about where you will be going on your adventure this was so beneficial when you are actually out on the trail, all that detailed made the trail system a piece of cake. Enjoying your time is actually up to you but these guys get you off to a good start. We certainly will be back the next time in town. Thank you for a great day!

Be prepared to pay for wear and tear repairs that aren't your fault. My group rented a RZR 1000 while on vacation that was supposed to be about 100/person for 4 hours and within the first 45 minutes, the control arm for the rear wheel broke off and it ended up costing an extra 1,170. Only 300 were parts, the rest was labor and I was charged for time that it wasn't in use (500). I have attached the pictures of the receipt along with what happened to the RZR. I was driving and I noticed it wasn't handling the same and something sounded like it was rubbing so I pulled off the trail to see what it was. The control arm has a bolt that holds both sides and the rear had been worn, as shown in the picture it was mushroomed at the bottom of the mount. You can see there is no rubbing where the bolt should have been in the rounded part on the top of the mount hole, a clear sign that this has been wearing down previous to our ride. Once the bolt broke through that worn frame mount, the front of the control arm snapped as the weight of the machine and passengers were putting pressure on a twisted control arm. Not a single thing was hit as you can see on the pictures there are no marks on the control arm that would have caused it to snap like it did. I tried to show them exactly what I've explained here and they wouldn't listen. Businesses like Extreme Arizona make money on repairs from previous abusers of their machines and it's just another way to keep profits high without incurring operating expenses. Good for revenues but poor customer service. This company changed owners in the last year and has been struggling with customers since as the recent reviews show. Unless you can afford 10X what you expect to pay for their rentals, your better off taking your business down the road to Time to Ride AZ ATV & UTV Rentals.

Pleasantly surprised with my first experience. We opted for the self guided tour with a RZR. The trail was a lot of fun. We road entirely at our own pace...which was a white knuckle, break neck speed. It was thrilling, it felt a little dangerous, we got a little muddy, and our bodies were a little sore the next day. It was great fun! Half day was plenty of time for us, as the established trails aren’t really long enough to take a full day to explore. Would recommend, Will do again.

This place was awesome...had a small issue with the machine's belt and they came out on the trail as quick as possible and fixed us right up. The overall experience was a total 10...they have the best prices around too... this is the one you want to book.
