These folks are amazing craftsmen. Our experience with them ranges from custom furniture to reupholstering family heirlooms. They always exceed every expectation. Great value, great people. I can’t say enough about Out West. We found their store a few years ago accidentally and when we moved to AZ permanently, I immediately went there for my kitchen table. The table is so well made and sturdy and the Alder wood is magnificent. This is truly a stand out piece in my home. They also were able to have an accent table made to a specific size that I needed. This piece is also a beautiful stand out piece. When we built our fireplace and stone wall and couldn’t find a stone hearth, we called Out West to see if they could make it with the Alder wood. We sent over specs and they made it perfectly and quickly as we were in the midst of the project and time was of the essence. As you can see by the pictures, it came out awesome. My brother, who was building this for us and who is very picky, was so pleased with how the grain was matched, how the seams were practically flawless and that the finish was beautiful. He said it was the perfect way to finish the wall. If you want quality, uniqueness and personalized customer service, please don’t hesitate to visit Robert and Zack at Out West. You will not be disappointed!

This place and Robert are excellent. We needed many Sunbrella cushions reupholstered for our patio furniture with piping and he delivered. OWI was timely and price competitive! Robert honored his word as to timing — hard to find that today. Upon getting the cushions home we realized the seamstress forgot the tie-downs: I contacted Robert and he was completely ready to resolve it expeditiously and was apologetic for the oversight. I trust him and would recommend this place.

I cant believe the amount of absolutely amazing and gorgeous furniture and accessories they have in stock! Zack is the best to deal with. He's super talented, but also handles the business end in an \old fashioned\ appreciative way. Hard to find this sometimes. The quality of what they have is worth a visit, and you won't find it elsewhere! I love my purchases more than I could ever have imagined! Go there!!
