If you want good service from a company that appreciates the money that you spend my suggestion would be to look elsewhere. My 1st order was placed with them last night and after to speaking to a gentleman at the front counter and him not even knowing their product line and then telling me that I can't cancel an order except online..... I found out later he was lying about that and just didn't want to do his job. They do have a lot of things that you can't find somewhere else but I will not be spending my money with them any time soon after the way I was treated on the telephone.

I love Pieh Tool Co! They always have the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff for any of the questions that I have. I like that I can come in and spend time in the lounge area with complimentary coffee, and meet other horse people there. They're dog-friendly, and I can't overstate the convenience of the drive-up will-call area in the back of the building. This means that I can call ahead with my order, and they'll have it ready for me when I drive up—they'll load it in to the back of my car which makes it really easy to get what I need. I can see why they've been in business for so many years. Thanks Pieh Tool Co! :-)

I am so glad to have this place local. The staff is amazing and willing to help in anyway they can even if its just a little thing. If your looking for a good friendly place to get your blacksmithing items I recommend them 100%.

While be socially conscious, I have a great time during my first visit to the Cave Creek Store. Never would I have imagined there were so many types of horseshoes, big ones, small ones, fat ones, thins ones... I spoke with the gentleman at the counter who was very knowledgeable about the the items I was curious about. I do appreciate the time he spent with me. Cheers... #DeadRingerCustomHorseshoeHooks

Page76 Metalcraft

Was interested in purchasing a custom hot steel stamp. Their website says to email all quote inquiries so I did. This was 3 days ago.... Called them and talked to Billy and he was a super nice guy willing to help and check into it (which is the only reason I left 2 stars). He said the Camp Verde office takes care of stamp orders and he will let them know to contact me via email or phone. Here it is...another full day has passed and still no contact. I'll be ordering from a competitor now. Was hoping to spend my money locally but they must not be interested in it.
