This was an amazing experience for my wife and me. We are from out of state and both had zero riding experience. Riding horseback across the historic Southwest terrain was always on my bucket list. Cave Creek more than met my expectations. The views were breath taking and the horses were gentle and extremely well behaved! Our ride guide, Fiona, was a true professional. She was friendly, informative, and always seemed completely in control of our ride group. She had a genuine passion for the horses and it was evident from start to finish. She knew their names and their personalities and was so clear in her directions to our group on how to control them. Our group only had 6 people in it even though they were very busy. They broke the groups up into smaller rides to allow for a more personal experience. I can't say enough for the staff and the animals at Cave Creek. Even though it was super affordable, I would've paid double for the great time that we had!

Totally awesome. Super friendly and skilled guides. Great fun, peaceful serene setting. Its not a flat ground pony ride so be ready. I loved riding Pancho and can't wait to see him again. I recommend everyone visit for a trail ride, you'll want to come back again and again. All ages and abilities.

This was my second ride with cave creek trail rides. Both experiences were so awesome, I would recommend this to any riders Both times we had new riders in our group and they did a great job accommodating them and teaching them how to ride. I would highly recommend the sunset ride and 1.5 hours goes way to fast! The views are amazing and the horses each have their own personalities which is fun to experience. Highly recommend!

Great experience, especially for inexperienced and less experienced riders. This is a slower ride in the hillside trails. My 6 and 8 yr old have never ridden before and Fiona (our guide) was amazing! She kept them engaged and excited to be riding.
