I saw a used car on their website and called to inquire. I was connected to a gentleman in sales named Brad Belota. As a single female, car shopping is the worst for me. Typically male salesman assume my husband will be the one to deal with and never give me the time of day but let me tell you, Brad was an absolute dream to work with! He listened to my concerns and discussed all options with me. He was never pushy or condescending and made me feel confident in my purchase. If you want the absolute best in customer service Brad is the one for you! When I went to pick up the car I had purchased the next day he was there even on his afternoon off to hand off the keys and give it a full once over to make sure that everything was perfect! I can’t stress enough how wonderful the entire experience was! James Smith in finance is a pleasure to work with as well. A straight shooter who won’t try to sell you extras you don’t need.
