My sales representative Eddie was well experienced and knowledgeable. He was not pushy like most and made my wife and I feel welcomed and comfortable. Eddie was professional keeping us up to date with the purchasing process and the status throughout the process. Our financial representative was professional as well. He came out while working on our loan notifying us and also keeping us up to date with the process. Both individuals that we dealt with were pleasant to work with. I will definitely recommend the dealership and Eddie for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Wish the process was faster. Took 4-5 hours before we were able to drive off the lot. But you guys have great customer service and would recommend friends.

This survey is a little hard to answer objectively. It's hard to say I would recommend a dealership until after experiencing the service process. The sales process was as painful as any other dealer so it's hard to discriminate between dealers based on that. I did everything I could to include selecting the vehicle on-line. I didn't request any financing or special deals. Agreed to the cost estimate on-line. Even did the trade-in evaluation process on-line to the extent it could be done.. Scheduled an appointment with a sales person. It still took over 5 hours to get the vehicle. It was easier to purchase my house than it was to purchase a new truck.
