I have bought several items from Cavender's recently at multiple locations and for the most part have been rather pleased - some interactions better than others - but all pleasant. However, my experience at 2833 LBJ Freeway in Dallas TX was absolutely sensational! I went in to exchange a shirt and return a pair of Lucchese Boots, at least that’s what was on my mind however, the staff was Excellent, Attentive, Professional and actually took an interest. Normally when one comes in to return, they are discarded as lost revenue and not given the time of day. Not Today! Well, we found a replacement pair of Lucchese Boots at twice the price but that's ok because they fit perfect and are the nicest boots I now own. Ended up purchasing several other products and tripled the dollar amount of my original return, and I'm good with that because everything fits so well. Very pleased with the entire staff, the manager was extremely helpful and involved as well making it a pleasant and seamless shopping experience. I'm in sales and manage a team myself, if these ladies were under my supervision, I know my customers would be handled in a manner that would make me proud, they represented Cavender's as true professional. Job well done. Thank You!
