Beautiful store with LOTs of sales associates. But not one does design and can’t give input. You have to book an appointment online. They also are promoting 15% off on their site but they weren’t knowledgeable in store. Could definitely be improved. For those buying put your email in online and get the promo code. Promo code can be used in store

I had originally posted a negative review, which was somewhat warranted, but shortly thereafter I received incredible customer service from Matt. He helped me order the items I chose and was generally very attentive and sweet. 10/10 would consider shopping here.
Love the store and style of items but customer service is extremely poor. Poor etiquette on the phone and customers definitely are not treated well for how much I have spent in their store. I feel like I was bothering them by asking questions. Definitely will be looking elsewhere for product. And really do you ha e to charge shipping for everything?!? Ugh
I love this store. Staffs are friendly, polite and professional! Furnitures are modern, stylish and elegant! Atmosphere is fantastic!!!!! You can spend hours and hours looking around and nobody would even bother you! This is my kind of furniture store! They recently added natural plants into their designs looks like heaven on earth to me! You should definitely check out their new designs, details, their new fresh plans with pots and etc ... super stylish and very up to-date with modern style of living plus the touch of nature which is perfect.
I recently purchased the Suspend II bar cabinet. It's the perfect size for my smaller digs and it works well in the space. I was not happy at having to wait over a month to get the item (a bit longer than advertised), and I found it very difficult to reach customer service then and when it was delivered and I had concerns about the look the wood. While the actual delivery was flawless, the delivery crew agreed that the woodgrain looked odd, and they took photos saying they would be submitted to customer service and someone would contact me. No one has reached out, but cb2 sent me two opportunities to review my recent purchase, and each time I tried, I got an error message that the review period has expired. The color of the wood is fine, but the grain is interrupted with yellow streaks running against the grain and it looks like a mistake that never should have made it past quality control. I would expect this for half the price from Target, but this is not furniture I can recommend at this price with such poor quality control and no customer service.
