At least it doesn't have any bugs. Highly over priced. Kristyl Miller (assistant property manager), is very rude and unprofessional. I've had inoperable appliances since I've moved in back in Sept that are still not properly working. Maintenance has come out and did whatever she told them to do, (and Maintenance is cool no problems with them at all, neighbors are cool no issues) but wasn't fixing the problems. But overall definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone at all.

Office manager showed up at a residents apartment on video threatening the tenant saying she was going to have her people come after hours and jump her for absolutely no reason. Classless, unprofessional, and disrespectful.

I’m in love with the staff and the grounds, the appliances and the layout. I was looking for a place I can call home and I have. Move in cost was effective. Come on down. Ms. Miller and the new owner of 2 years have made a dramatic change and you don’t need 3,500 to move in which is amazing.
