My husband and I have been going to Dr North for over 14 years now. We liked him from the start and he has never let us down. I deal with issues that many Drs do not understand and are unwilling to learn about. Dr North has been willing to learn and share that knowledge with others. I read another review that said "NO" since he is no longer by himself. I have not had troubles getting through, but that is because when I call I let them know I need to talk to his assistant. I do not leave messages with the main desk. (Maybe they have made some improvements there? I hope so.) Dez has fit us in when the main office said there were no openings. These were instances that could not be waited upon - such as our granddaughter being hit with Type 1 Diabetes. We could spend a LOT more money and time going to a specialist in St George, but no need to. There is nothing more they would do than he does. Many thanks, Dr North!!! We would recommend him to anyone.

Between Doctor North and Dez(his nurse) they are AMAZING. They both are very knowledgable, always listens and help figure out any problem we have had. I highly recommend this team!

Dr. North was amazing when he was in a practice by himself. Since he moved to a group practice it is difficult to get decent care. We have left messages and never get called back. Appointments are scheduled too far out for acute situations. I've worked for busy doctors before and there are better ways to run a busy practice. We will be changing doctors.

Would not recommend him to anyone, he is not available for his patients. My 2 month old son ended up in the ER and it was 4 days before his PA called me back! Shameful!
