I am so happy with the product. I was not able to see the design until it was shipped so I was worried. It's better than I expected! The turn around time and shipping speed was impressive!! I love that you can order one single custom medal instead of needing to order a minimum of fifty like some other places. I would absolutely order from this company again.

Wow!!! I ordered an engraved bell for a family member and it arrived in less than a week. It is beautiful and the quality is excellent. Gem Awards sent a nice handwritten note and a couple of neat samples of their other products that can be personalized - a pen that writes smoothly and a two-ended tablespoon/teaspoon. Perfect for my needs! I highly recommend this shop!
Absolutely perfect medals! I'd been looking around for medals with reasonable prices for days, and I'm super glad I found Gem Awards. Navigating the website was easy and so was ordering. Like other people who reviewed, I was skeptical at first - but the quality is genuinely great!! Plus I got a really nice note with the package (always a bonus)! I'm planning on buying more soon :D
