We loved our experience with Complete Outdoor Living! They were the first people we got a quote from and no one beat their prices or ideas - there were many things that other builders charged extra for that COL included in the base price. My husband was the one taking notes on the equipment and found that COL used the best. I was in charge of aesthetics. Matt has a great eye for this! I knew I wanted a ledge for our pool...Matt made sure the placement was so that it provided the best view from the where we'd be sitting inside and out. It was little things like that that made COL stand out - he looked out for us to make sure we had an investment we'd love for a long time. He understood our budget and made suggestions that would give us the best bang for our buck. Austin was wonderful during the construction. He kept us updated with how things were progressing and if there were any hold-ups or hiccups. He explained everything that was going on and patiently addressed all our questions (of which there were many...sorry Austin!) Their follow-through and follow-up are wonderful.

We love our pool & spa!! First day of digging was Nov 11, we were in the spa & pool (only for a quick dip) on Dec 19. Installation was fast and professional. The work was done on time and we were kept in the loop every step of the way. They were responsive and attentive to all of our questions. We HIGHLY recommend Matt & his team!!

This family owned company are awesome. Matt and Dick received us with open arms and made our dreams come true with the built of our pool. They went above and beyond on showing us some ideas on 3D but also showing us other clients pools. They are very informative about owning a pool. If there are any questions about your pool they're there to answer your questions or Austin will show up at your door to check everything out. You guys are awesome. Keep up the good work. Definitely a good referral to anyone who plans to built a pool in their home.

I hired DFW Complete Outdoor Living to replace an existing patio and porch. Lisa and her team were very professional, responsive, and did an excellent job. They quickly prepared a bid and provided me with solid references. They completed the work on-time and within the specified budget. Lisa is an excellent communicator and always kept me informed of progress. She quickly dealt with minor issues that arose and was focused on making sure that I was satisfied with the final product. I would most certainly use them again if I needed additional work.
