I joined this gym when I moved into town and am very pleased with the people and the facility. COVID put a strain on us all, but especially businesses like Planet Fitness. And WOW! They are constantly cleaning and making their facility a safe place to train!

The facility practices social distancing and often disinfect their equipment. The place is very clean and the staff is friendly. Some of the staff can be very distracted, but once you have their attention, they're knowledgeable.
It appears that they are following COVID safety protocols, but due to me having pancreatic cancer, I didn't want to risk my health by going there and potentially getting sick, so I wanted to cancel my membership, but APPARENTLY I had signed up with a contract for a year (which I swear was explained to me as No-Contract, but I must have misunderstood) and they refused to cancel my membership early unless I paid penalties, which were more than paying the individual monthly term out. You also have to physically go in to cancel, which is ridiculous, IMHO, especially right now, during a pandemic. Once my contract had ended, I had to physically go in to cancel and they asked my reason for canceling and when I said safety concerns about my cancer, the associate seemed a bit short & judgey towards me. Also, even though I canceled before my next month of service, I was still charged for this month. It wasn't super expensive for the monthly plan, but all things considered, they could have been a little more accommodating. I can't recommend the gym at this time.
I love how relaxed this place is. Feels like home.
I visit this location 5-7 times a week. It’s clean...it’s closest to my house...besides an issue I had a while back where an employees put false notes about me on my account saying that I was irate because I asked for second Massage Chair coin, I haven’t had any issues. Most of the employees are cool and pretty helpful. I prefer this atmosphere (membership price and business hours) over the LA Fitness further up the freeway.... late nights/early mornings are my JAM!
