I have been a customer of Sound Express for 3 years; having two cars worked on for radio, back up camera, speaker, and wiring. Each sales inquiry, purchase, and installation have been among the best customer experiences I've had. Installer is very easy to talk and willing to answer any and all questions about the qualifications of the product, reason for procedure, and expectation of the product and experience. They aren't pushy salesmen that try to sell the highest price item for the job, but readily informed me on different levels of cost vs performance. When given the chance, I recommend sound express to my friends and coworkers
