I have had a small unit at this facility for 5 years. Initially I felt the rate was fair and reasonable, however the monthly rate has increased 20 over the past few years. It seems a little high to me for such a small unit. I'm told the rate is adjusted based on local competitor rates. In any event I am super pleased as the management did make a small adjustment to my rate due to my being a long term customer in good standing. The Manager, Michael, is absolutely the best! He is super nice, super helpful, and goes above and beyond with customer service.

This is one of the Best storages ever!!! Mr. Michael the manger is extremely personable and friendly. The site is always clean and have easy access hours. I Highly Recommend Storage Choice and price is not too bad either.
