Lady named Brittany helped me, I said Hi she didn't respond. Had a dry attitude the whole time. Doesn't seem to like her Job. I own a business. Customet services is key. Don't feel like she should work in a customer service environment if you can't greet or be polite with your customers!

This store is usually busy, however the staff is friendly and helpful no matter how busy it is. They are more than helpful. They take care for notary and shipping needs and they ALWAYS answer their phones. Friendly, helpful, efficient. Thank you UPS.

I do not recommend using this facility. I shipped a critical box next day morning at 2:19pm and it was not scanned in until after 6:30pm and missed the delivery time. I was informed nothing could be done to expedite this issue and no refunds could be issued at this time despite me now paying more than double the shipping rate. Highly recommend going to FedEx instead.
