Employment Horizons provides an incredible welcoming and supportive experience for those with special needs and their families. My brother has been employed there for over 15 years, and he has found a wonderful group of friends, co-workers, supervisors and social workers that have given him a great sense of purpose and accomplishment. The team here is incredibly knowledgeable about the services and opportunities available within their workshop and out in the community. The counselors work with great patience and dedication to find the right type of employment opportunity for those transitioning to the work force, and then help to train and support them in the job. The nicest, most optimistic and dedicated place you could hope to find.

If you have an opportunity to visit their facility, you'll see something amazing...A workforce of well over a hundred individuals who are truly happy and proud to be able to come to work everyday and contribute to our community, and to our economy. And the individuals Employment Horizons is able to place in various businesses throughout Northern New Jersey are recognized by their employers as a valuable part of their workforce. I've worked with Employment Horizons for over 18 years, and can honestly say I've received much more than I've given.
EH is a great organization with such an important mission. They help so many people with special needs, whether through job placement, direct employment or a place where they can foster community.
