I received multiple quotes and estimates and I am so happy to have gone with Aqua Life. Nate was great and informative and even answered my late night, last minute question. They installed the next day and Jose and Jorge were EXCELLENT!!! The work was clean, phenomenal and the work was PERFECT. I am very picky and protective over my new house and they took care of it like it was their own. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be telling everyone I know about them. We just got our water softener put in the other day with Aqua life. Vito an amazing person and not a pushy salesperson, so down to earth and enjoyed my conversation with him.. Jose and Guerreomo whom installed the system were very nice and professional and enjoyed talking to them.They had to run a line from my yard to my garage. They did an amazing job and put everything back in order! If your looking to buy a water softener call Aqua life!!!! Wendy Richardson
We had an excellent experience with Aqua Life this fall. Our new house is in Manor, and while we get many, many cold callers, JP with AL was not pushy or intrusive. He spoke to my boyfriend and we set up a time that was convenient for me to meet him. My boyfriend, an Army vet, recognized the company from dealing with them in San Antonio. He had nothing but good things to say about the quality of their products and service. JP was courteous and professional during our meeting, explaining the benefits of a water softener and the financial details. Everything was very clear and all of our questions answered. The install team, Tony Contreras and Jason Brown, showed up right on time and had our water softener and reverse osmosis drinking water system installed in less than 30 minutes. They too were expeditious and professional. I'm so glad that my boyfriend recognized the company and we highly recommend them for your home.
Excellent response to my initial contact. Customer service was proactive and responsive by phone and email. I was quickly notified when circumstances required rescheduling of my service appointment; received an email at 8pm and follow-up phone call the next morning. The technician provided clear explanation of what the issue was and took care of business completely. We also appreciated the water tests of our water softener and R.O. system. Enjoyed doing business with them!
