Five-star rating is not enough. Having been to several different PT places over the years, I am amazed at ATI. Not only are they knowledgeable and professional but they are very personable and ALWAYS on time . Staci, Chris and Jaron rotate sessions with an ever changing and interesting regimen. Whatever your problem, the solution is at Cedar Park ATI.

The manager Staci lied about my treatment. Instead of working one on one with a therapist my appointment would over lap with other clients and I’d be left to my own devices as the therapist Jenny stepped away. When I complained I was prematurely discharged without proper notice. The voucher I waited on for 6 months from the VA wasted. And they flexed their white privilege by calling the cops on me for standing at the front counter and calling the main office to complain. I doubt the positive reviews are from actual clients. I don’t recommend this location.

I’m sorry I have been there three times but didn’t remember the very nice and wonderful lady name but she is so amazing, very tender as she works on my foot and back. From 1 to 10 I give her a 20.

This was my second use of ATI Cedar Park, two different conditions. Each time resulted in excellent results. I originally selected this location for the convenience, but was immediately impressed with the welcoming team and the cleanliness of the facility. Each team member does their part to help in this regard. The facility has all the required equipment and tools. The PT's were focused and attentive. All in all, a good experience. I would recommend ATI.
