I had a horrible experience. A friend told me about Bates Cleaning Service, and she said only good about this service. I hired them and I had 800.00 dollars charged on a credit card that an employee of Bates stole. Angie (the redhead), had been caught by my web camera. Not only did she steal not one, but 2. She snooped through our entire office and hardly cleaned at all. I wasn't going to post a bad review, because Karen ( owner) and I got together and the debt was paid. Now, a year later I run into Angie and she is still working for Bates Cleaning Service and advertising with a t-shirt on. I felt I needed to let peoole know who could be victimizing you!

Bates Cleaning service makes me Love coming Home! Not only is their staff efficient, on time, and detail oriented (even dusting base boards) their services are very reasonably priced. I have used other cleaning companies before and have never been pleased, but Karen and her team exceeded my expectations. Thanks!!!
Lavelle & Nicholas did a wonderful, very thorough job of cleaning my house. They were professional and very pleasant to work with.
