If I could give more stars I would. I own a 1902 house and when Steve came out he had every opportunity to tell me it was falling apart and I would have believed him. He instead was honest and told me that my foundation was in great shape and to call them if I had any problems that came up. I was so impressed. Thank you! You will get my business now and in the future.
From start to finish, a job well done!! I needed repairs on a rental property and I live in a different state. I was speechless regarding the professionalism, the willingness to accommodate, the flexibility, and the quality of both customer service and workmanship! BATS is made up of just an amazing group of individuals who go above and beyond for their customers!! I'll always remember how easy they made this job for me and how they treated me!!
I also posted this review to facebook. These guys deserve top notch recognition! So pleased with the entire experience! Jose and his crew came out today to work on our foundation. They installed 12 piers and let me tell you, when I say these guys are efficient and hard working, I mean that with the highest praise! I can not express enough into words how impressed and in awe I was. They got under the house very quickly and were courteous and took great care with our home and their work! When everything was finished our home was leveled so perfect, the difference was amazing, and you could feel it! It only took them approximately 6-6.5 hours to do all of this! I definitely recommend this company if you need any foundation work. They explain everything to you, they go out of their way to ensure they take great care of your home, they are friendly, their expertise is beyond amazing, and the efficiency of these guys and how quickly they are able to accomplish so much and still maintain amazing quality is outstanding! These are the kind of guys you can count on!
These guys did a phenomenal job on my house. They put about 10 piers in and around my slab. They got the job done in a single day and put everything back the way it was before they came. I couldn't have asked for more. Also importantly, I had 3 people come and give me quotes, and they were the best price. I'm new to foundation repair problems, but everyone I've talked to about them says I got a steal of a deal. Thanks guys!
