I was seen recently at the Cedar Park Neurological Department. I was pleased with the high level of care I received from the moment I entered the office. Cecily the nurse was kind, compassionate and gracious. Dr.Patel was just as gentle and sweet! It's wonderful to be treated with such thoughtfulness and respect. The doctor and her staff treated me as a special person, as though my health truly mattered.

After 21 years of having the same neurologist in Austin, my husband needed to make the transition to another provider due to circumstances beyond our control. Dr. Patel was an excellent choice and relieved the stress of finding a replacement after so many years. She is very thorough, very personable, and spent a lot of time explaining things to us. My husband and I are very happy to have found her. Many thanks to Cecily also and those in the office who were very helpful.

Cedar Park Neurology and Sleep Medicine made my appointment in a timely manner. When I arrived for the appointment I did not have to wait long in the waiting room. Once in the room the nurse took my vitals and I had a short wait for Dr. Patel. Dr. Patel was very attentive to my concerns, discussed thoroughly a new medication she was prescribing and answered all my questions. We discussed the need for a return visit. We concluded our appointment and she directed me the scheduling person. Once my appointment was scheduled I was ready to leave. Overall the appointment was efficient and thorough. I look forward to my next appointment with Dr. Patel which will be a virtual appointment. CPNASM gets an A from me for my appointment.

I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Gillespie. She honestly cared and spent an hour talking with me about my condition. I'm excited that I found a doctor that's actually listening to me for the first time.

If you are a MA/CMA and looking for a good place to work, check this clinic out I think you would agree with what I expressed below. Hailey, the lead CMA is one of the best trainer's I have ever had and she is very patience. I can honestly say that I received more clinical and Athena training from Hailey in 2 months, than I did at my last place of employment. I really can't say enough about her, she is AWESOME and the staff is very friendly and willing to help. The manager Connie is true to her word, her door is always open and does not micro manage (unless needed I imagine). The two neurologist and NP are very nice. I did not continue my career there in adult neuro, because it just does not seem to fit for me. The place runs very smoothly is efficient and effective. Perhaps if we were not in a pandemic and more patients were \in office vs virtual\ I might have continued, but I need more patient interaction for now. I just have to give a shout to Rea, Bea and Cecily for being super friendly and willing to help out anytime I had a question or needed help. Thank you CPRMC
