This review is not about Copeland's quality of work but this is a review on their WFH policy during the pandemic. My friend got covid from a colleague in the office that was sick. Prior to that, he was not allowed to work remotely because of an unethical policy - if you (or somebody in your household) has a pre-existing condition or is older, then they were allowed to work remotely. Everybody else had to come into the office. I have two issues with this - asking for the medical disposition of your employee (or their family) is illegal and my friend does computer work (autocad) that can be done remotely. Now, we are worried about his health and the health of the members of his household. I really don't understand why it was mandatory to come into the office (when the work could be done remotely and has been done remotely in certain cases) and I really don't understand why employers were asking about their employees' health disposition in order to allow them to work from home.

Very straightforward, prompt, easy to work with, and pricing was competitive. Would use again in the future.

Just had a great experience with Copeland! Two Engineers came out with very little notice. They were very professional and experienced and pleasent to work with. I hesitated about calling and Engineer, but I'm really glad I called Copeland to tell me about load bearing walls and roof supports.

I can't speak highly enough of this group. They have a large team whom works together like a well oiled machine. They are courteous, prompt, friendly and professional. I've had dealings with Chris, Ralph, Meredith, Jenn, Ephram, Craig and Kelson. Every individual represented the company well. They delivered a superior product in a timely manner and at a competitive price. I hope I will be doing business with this group for years to come.
