I just had the pleasure of receiving a phone call telling me I owed 113 to collections for "tolls" I "collected" in a car that I haven't owned in nearly a year in a half. A CAR THAT HAD AN ACTIVE TEX TAG. The collections agency claims that I was sent 4 letters. I never received a single one. I'll pay your BS fees if you just let me know instead of sending me to collections. Thanks for absolutely nothing.

Horrible people. The system that they have is not working properly so, even if you have a TX TAG, it doesn't read it sometimes. They try to get you to pay all the fees that they attach to your bill EVEN THOUGH you have a tag. Not our problem that your stuff is not working correctly. Even if you offer to pay the actual toll, they still want you to pay the fees OR send you to collection.

ABSOLUTELY NO HELP AT ALL! THEY ALWAYS SEEMS TO FIND A WAY TO ADD ON FEES AND SOMEHOW SAY THAT MY TXTAG ACCOUNT ISN'T VALID ETC. WORST COMPANY EVER.

I consistently have issues where they do not mail me my bill and then I get a 30 days late notice. I had a 3 charge for a toll (that I would have gladly paid on time if I would have been notified) and now a 15 late fee. I called to dispute with a rep and they were no help. I believe the company does this on purpose to be able to collect fee income. I will not use these toll road anymore, they aren’t worth 20 each time.

If i could give 0 stars i would.....Not one person knows how to do their job and every time i called i got a different story. Why do i have to pay a fee when i have a TX TAG account, it's not my problem that the two systems don't communicate. Absolute WORST company I have ever had to deal with.

Its a highway Center nothing special. But there is a office in it and it looks really cool like if you look down you see all the cars because there is a giant window.
