I've bought two cars from Elder and the staff has been welcoming and accommodating both times. They are very polite and professional. They are knowledgeable about their inventory and work hard to get their customers into the vehicle that will fit their needs. I have been nothing but impressed with them. Also when I did have car trouble, they took care of my tow on the weekend and gave me a loaner vehicle to drive until the problem could be resolved. Shout out to Curtis in the service department for promptly and professionally repairing my car without cutting corners. I love Elder. Lifetime customer here.

Not very pleased with this dealership. They told me I was guaranteed to walk out of there with a nicer newer car and so I drove an hour over there to fill out the paperwork and was told I would need a “friends or family” to co-sign and a down payment. I was so in love with that Chrysler 300. Oh well, I wasn’t surprised because the exact same thing happened a couple weeks prior at Covert Chevrolet. Needless to say I left there in the same car which I love. But it’s not a Charger or a 300. It’s a Dart. And not souped up at all.

This staff that helped us out has made nothing but excuses They offered us Something that is called GAP they explained it one way and now that we need the help They are claiming That GAP does not cover the things we were told in the beginning when we signed all the paperwork with them. And also We've been asking for a rental And they say rentals are not offered..... I Had High hopes for them But they have let Us Down.... And I did Reach out to customer service And nobody could give me a straight answer They kept bouncing me line to line and No one would answer....

Going into the process of buying a new car I’ll admit I was skeptical! They were patient with me considering I didn’t show one day and arrived late to my appointment. Talking to my salesman JJ Johnson he was a cool cat and worked with me on negotiating. I had my mind set, but he showed me better deals and took good care of me! I didn’t feel like my time was wasted nor did I feel like I was pressured into the deal I got! I’d Recommend Elder Mitsubishi to anyone! I’m definitely going to be back when it’s time to purchase my next car! Thank you guys!

Overall a pleasant experience, everyone was friendly and professional. Originally I was there to find out what my options were as far as buying a car. They worked with me even though my credit is not in the greatest shape. I explained what i needed for a vehicle, and they brought out a 2020 Chevy Malibu. It was not new, but it was in perfect shape. After the test drive I felt like it would be a good fit. I did feel a little pressure about making the purchase, but I'm glad I signed the paperwork. I was able to leave with a nice, new car with no money down and no trade-in. They even delivered the car to my job so I didn't have to worry about coming back for it when I had time (and a 2nd driver.)
