My son’s PAC basketball team practices here on weekends. The court’s surface is very safe and clean. The children’s area is filled with fun colors. I can especially appreciate the safety wall and entryway barriers separating the lobby area from the children’s play space. Very safe! High Hopes is blessing to our community!

High Hopes has been amazing for us. We moved to Leander, from South Austin about 3 years ago now, and they are one of the first places that made it feel more like home. My son has a unique background (as all of our kids do). My husband died 2 months before my sons second birthday. I moved to Leander because I this area was recommended for the good schools. A lot has happened since them, so I’m kind of careful with my childcare selections,l. But over the years High Hopes have exponentially impressed me. The coaches truly care and are very invested in the kids. Ultimately, the level of care and comfort they have provided is very rare, and I’m very grateful for them. Coaches Seth, Sandy, Tana, Logan, Stacey, Linda, Caitlin, Rachel, and other I may not be naming, have been exceptional. In my opinion, they have gone above and beyond!

I have noticed that the staff here carry authentic joy for their jobs. I can tell they are passionate and genuinely invested in my kids' development by the way they interact with both my kids. For example, Coach Stacey is always calling out my son's greatness in front of me when I pick him up, from sports to art...no matter what he does, coach praises him and builds my son up with his words in front of me and the rest of his group. At home, we try to speak life and build each other up, calling out their value. It is rare to find a culture in an after-school care program that does this authentically, but this place has made this part of their culture. I have personally watched the staff resolve conflict with my own kids in a spirit of love. I strongly believe the restful nature the staff cary is because they each have a personal relationship with God. The after school program my kids were at before High Hopes was verbally tearing them down and they would often be crying when I came to pick them up. Ever since we started High Hopes, my kids are full of joy when I pick them up and seem to be comfortable in their own skin again. They feel loved, safe and valued. I love this place and can't say enough great things about their staff. The leadership here has cultivated something special and life giving. You can feel it in the atmosphere, when you walk in!

Our 8 year old did after school care this past school year here. She started to learn the staff members names and creating friendships with them. She is doing summer (sports) camp here right now and she seems happy. I ask her pretty frequently if she is happy going here and her response has always been that she likes it. The staff does seem pretty friendly.
