My husband and I had appointments scheduled. We arrived well ahead of appointment. I scheduled 1/19/2021 for 2/5/2021. Completed paperwork on-line. Received e-mail confirmation that our appointments were for 2/5/2021. When we arrived at the door and called the front desk said they said they were for 3/5/2021. We held our phones to the window to show we had proof but they didn’t care. Wouldn’t even come and look. We had taken time off work. And even though they have a 50 cancellation policy they didn’t care about our lost time. They put us on hold while we stood outside like they might be able to get us in but when they came back they couldn’t even remember why we were waiting. Truly disgusting service and wasting of two people’s time. Get your schedules together!!

Conveniently located right next to Costco, this family-run business is led by the Pak family and represents southern hospitality. Let me get into the pros/cons: PROS - State of the art equipment - Well-informed of latest trends - Educated experienced - Simple process pre/post COVID - Competitive pricing - No problem with parking, haha - Walk to Costco to get glasses! - COVID-friendly and clean CONS - Prescription-only office The CON of this place is replaced by a HUGE advantage, where you can walk over to Costco and get your prescription filled! I love the fact that the process is simple and you don't feel harassed to buy frames from them. The entire visit took less than 30 minutes, if that, but chatted up with Dr. Peter Pak about life and everything else in between (highly personable sincere!). The equipment for a family practice is amazing. They actually have equipment I haven't seen before, such as the Optos Daytona. Preventative care for the win! Dr. Peter Pak knew what he was doing and was extremely patient and ensured he checked everything he needed. They are entirely COVID-friendly as well, so it's a great place to go and get your family checked-out, but ensure you call in advance to reserve a spot. Immaculate inside, and the front desk staff knew what they were doing and wiped equipment down constantly when I was there. Costco glasses, prescription filled quickly, high tech equipment, intelligent team, and genuinely kind family, what else do you need? Haha. Maybe that pizza from Costco, then definitely all good! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

After going here for over 6 years, I am throwing in the towel and taking my business elsewhere. I had an appointment scheduled weeks ago. They cancelled my appointment out of no where. I re-scheduled two weeks later and wrote the date and time down. They never sent me any email confirmation so I went off of my calendar. I go to the appointment and opened the door. I put my hand up to ask a question and she slams the door in my face (locking it) and tells me to call. So I am standing there calling and looking in then they put me on hold. Then they tell me my appointment is the next day. Then she has the audacity to offer to send the confirmation on the phone as im standing there. I consider the staff at the front desk Unprofessional, and unfriendly . Especially having a door slammed in my face multiple times . Im done after 6 years of being a loyal customer . GOODBYE

I had one of the best exams I have ever had there. I have no issues with the place. I have been wearing contacts or glasses for 40 years now. A couple of the bad reviews are just sour grapes. My daughters contacts at an other place took 3 weeks to come in so that is not too unusal and not being able to get fitted in on the same day you call is not odd (especially during COVID).

I came to know Dr. Peter Pak by way of other happy patients. As an orthodontist that owns my own practice, I can say that I have extremely high expectations and standards for other doctors, health care providers, and their offices. Dr. Pak has met and exceeded my expectations. I truly trust his judgment and advice and highly recommend his office.
