Paul (the owner) runs a great company and I had a great experience working with him to get our dryer fixed. Extremely polite and knowledgeable. Here’s how my experience went. I called him the morning our dryer broke and within hours he was at our house to check on it. He needed a part to fix it and then promised to be out the next day. The next morning I want able to be home to meet Paul. I was worried rescheduling would put us out of a dryer for a week at least. But I called him and he made it painless to switch to the next day! Great service all around. Would highly recommend.

Well my birthday got off to a bad start today when my fridge went caput. Had to scramble to get coolers and ice from neighbours to preserve my food... but wasn’t necessary because he picked up the phone, came out right away, and got it fixed fast. He came in mask and socially distanced and also he’s just a super nice guy with good vibes. So five stars.
We had issues with our LG washer where it was not draining properly. We have used Paul before, but this time I was out of town and my wife wanted me to approve the repairs. Paul texted me pictures as told me exactly was was wrong and what needed to be replaced.I approved the repairs and after replacing the drain pump everything was back to normal. Great service!
Paul came out during the worst freeze in Austin history, braving ice-covered, life-threateningly dangerous roads to check on my tenants heat that my tenant said had quit working. Turns out nothing was wrong with the system. When I asked what I owed, Paul said nothing more than the service call fee. When I offered to double that, he refused to accept. I don't know what to say. Needless to say, I know who I'm calling from now on. Paul w/ Patriot. Thank you, Paul. And may God bless you and your family.
I am so glad to find them to fix the refrigerator in my rental house. Paul replied to me super fast after I requested quotation. Everything went smoothly from making appointment and flowing up visit. They are very polite, professional and efficient. Highly recommended.
