Would give a 5 star but the long haired guy with facial hair at the Lakeline location is kind of rude and doesn't really seem to care about the customers. Not very enthusiastic either. If you're going to go to Pokemaniacs go to Barton, the younger lad there is always greeting me and is very kind.

Beautiful store full of great gift ideas for anyone who knows and loves pokemon characters. Excellent costumer service. The guy who helped us was not only knowledgeable about each pokemon character, but gave us really good deals including beautiful gift wrapping for all the different types of gifts we bought. I highly recommend this store for kids and adults. There are gifts for any occassion and definitely family friendly.

Such a neat place for Pokemon enthusiast. My son and I went in and were greeted by Colin who was a helpful and knowledgeable employee. My son was super happy with all of the different varieties of cards. Would definitely recommend
