Andrew was my SteamDoc technician, and he absolutely went above and beyond to address all my issues. He was extremely patient and listened to my concerns. He was very smart and detail-oriented as we walked through the home. The job entailed both downstairs and upstairs. My appointment was on a late afternoon on a holiday week, and this caused Andrew to have to stay until about 6:30pm to finish. He definitely tackled the job well and did not take short cuts or rush to finish. I am very pleased with his job performance and results, and the next time I need my carpets cleaned, I am specifically asking for him. Also wanted to mention, Charlton was quick and efficient to provide me further detailed documentation that I needed shortly thereafter. You won't be disappointed with their services and customer service.

My wife called in and spoke with the owner when she scheduled to have the carpet cleaned at our rent house and was very impressed with the friendly interaction. The techs that came to the house to clean were very professional and polite and were there prior to the time that was scheduled, which goes a long ways with me. They got in and out and did a great job treating and cleaning the carpet. Would highly recommend them to anyone in the area. Even the automated service with updates on the appointment was a great touch and very helpful.

Great customer service and they did a wonderful job. Communication was very good from start to finish and they were right on time which I have rarely had happen when it comes to any type of service. This place is a local family owned business and I highly recommend.

They were super professional and courteous during both visits and actually managed to get the cat urine scent out of our couch cushions! It took two visits but they were determined to get it right, and we are so grateful! Highly recommend. We will be using them again for other future needs.

Andrew was exceptional! He came to remove a pet stain from our sectional and he decided that it would not be a good idea for him to clean our sectional due to the white color. He was worried that it would discolor the sectional. He then went out of his way and gave us suggestions to get rid of the odor and stain (which ended up working very well). Andrew's customer service and professionalism exceeded our expectations. He deserves a promotion! We will definitely recommend SteamDoc to our friends and family!
