It is such a pleasure visiting this facility. Beautiful decor and spacious apartments. Staff is so friendly and helpful. They really care about their residents. Everytime I walk in, there is some interesting activity happening and the residents enjoy it. Every area is well kept and clean.

I appreciate everything the AWESOME staff at Sundance has done for my mom. I truly believe the way they all loved on her helped her to adapt to group living. She had lived alone for so long and fought us (her family) whenever we tried to get her out to mix and mingle. It took a little time, but not nearly as long as I had anticipated. The morning crew made her feel so welcome, always having her \cup of the good stuff\ (aka hot chocolate) ready by the time she reached her chair. It was great seeing her start to express joy and excitement again, even cracking jokes from out of nowhere. Her speech therapist noted the change. She tested higher on her assessments at Sundance than when at home. The socialization and activities that you all have set up made the difference. I will be forever grateful!!

You have caregivers who beat on the residents in there rooms and has been addressed to the Wellness Director numerous of times and nothing has been done. No proper chain of commands as far as emergency protocol is followed. Several employees go on there breaks to smoke marijuana and come back to take care of the wonderful residents Sundance has to offer. Staff is very low. Agency works more shifts than actual Sundance employees. They are always working short handed. The “Wellness Director” isn’t even a nurse. The executive director has a degree in fine arts but has ran multiple elderly assisted livings in the past but seems not to know how to run Sundance. Very unprofessional and highly dissatisfied with the company and this is my second go round. There is roaches in the kitchen and the residents room. Pay rates is very low for caregivers. Are you sure you want your loved one to be accompanied by such nonsense. Pros- staff that are no longer there, and occasionally you can get a meal. Cons- everything Any questions? No.. Just don’t place your family members here!
