Don't use this place! The lady up front is super sweet, the people running it don't have a clue! When I started I told her I would probably only be able to do 1 month at the time. She said she would make a note to put my account on hold close to end of the month. I spent almost 200 to join, for one month, and the lotions. One week later Covid happened. I got to come in 4 times b4 starting to work almost 80 hours a week. No school or daycare and too many hours so could not come. The next auto payment happened even though I was told my account would be put on hold. I emailed and was told I would get a credit. I told them to cancel my account, 250 for 4 tanning sessions is too much! So I was already supposed to have almost a month of service on hold, was expecting a credit to my bank but it never happened. So now I was charged AGAIN even after I said to cancel. I emailed again and was told i couldn't get last month's money returned! These people do not know how to run a business nor do they know how to provide customer service. They could have kept a customer but instead now they will be reported to the BBB, DSHS, & FDA. Oh I neglected to mention that my child and I were exposed to covid but they still want me to use my credit there and possibly expose anyone I come in contact with just so they don't have to return the money they were not even supposed to draft.
Tan It All had temporarily closed its doors due to Corona. They gave me a credit for the month that I paid for. Also,they did a reimbursement for the following month. Also, did stop future payments. I worked with the company via text. They were prompt to reply and accommodate me. Tan It All in Cedar Park was easy to work with on my problem.
Affordable package deals, CLEAN, friendly and knowledgeable staff. We had 3 people get spray tans for vacation and the whole process took less than 20 minutes!

Long story short, I have been charged a membership fee twice in one month totaling 90.90 after canceling my membership. Management remains to be unresponsive to a resolution. My bank has advised me to cancel my card which is a huge inconvenience and leaves me several days without a card. This establishment has shown a lack of ethics and professionalism. And the bulbs are mediocre and built so you have to tan constantly. You shouldn’t have to tan 5 days a week to maintain a good tan. I tanned one day in another salon and got a much better tan than I did in a month there. So happy I decided to cancel but now Im fighting to get my money back.
I really like this Tanning salon especially the service they provide their Taylor C. She is so helpful to me and very cheerful. All the workers attitudes are great. All-around I say it's one of the better tanning salons
No notification freeze came off account and have been charged over 150. Have requested cancellation in writing and over the phone, even went to the location and still charged.
