I went with Trustworthy Cleaning after thinking I wouldn't be able to find a deep cleaning service for my move out and they made it so easy and gave me piece at mind knowing they would take care of us! Griselda and Yolanda did an absolutely amazing job with the cleaning and were on point with letting me know what they were doing and when they were completed with our cleaning and walked me through our apartment which looked beautiful to walk into after the stress of moving out and just moving in general. Thank you again Trustworthy Cleaning for lifting my spirits in a way that goes beyond the service y'all provide. I know who I'll be calling up when we move next or if we ever need an amazing clean.

Can't say better words about the 2 hour move out cleaning we had on Feb 26, 2018! Both maids (Team 6 / Alma & Margarita) were incredibly diligent and detail oriented. Cleaning result was beyond our expectation. We were a little upset when they arrive late at 1:10 pm for the noon appointment, but it went right away seeing the gears they brought: a dozen detergents, a dozen towels, different brushes, cleaning machines I can't name and even a ladder! They dived right in and cleaned fast and furious. In the end, there was a supervisor came by to QA, and made sure we were satisfied. All these work in Kitchen, Bath, Carpets and Fans for 150? Trustworthy worth its name and salt!

Honestly when i remember about my experience with this company is almost unbelievable, first of all it was 300 for a deep cleaning in a 600 square feet place, in very good shape, new appliances and not any kind of stains or something like it, we just wanted a general deep cleaning in the whole place, my first complaint was the floors cause it was like they were moping without changing the water so they were still very dirty when we got home, besides the shower door and the bathtub were not cleaned at all it looked like they didn't even touch it and plus they broke my blinds but that not being enough i felt insulted when they said \the ladies found it that way when they arrived\ i do not need to make something like that up. So after all we agreed having a free retouch cleaning for the floors and bathroom but the funny part is that at this day im still waiting for that to happen, i called to complain about this situation on October 3rd after the service was done and we are still waiting so to resume the story Do Not Trust this company is a better option to do the cleaning yourself than hiring this people.

They say they can just focus in doing a professional cleaning job in the areas you want, well i don't know what they mean with a \professional deep cleaning\ because i was expecting that when i agreed paying 340 in my 1200 square feet house just for floors, windows and blinds... And im not only disappointed of the cleaning cause they moped but with the same water over and over again so it still all ended up dirty but plus they damaged my blinds and did not clean it well.. So when you want a professional cleaning job think in any company but this one, i wouldn't recommend them to anyone i know.

Im not a public bad reviews kind of person but in this case i think is necessary so this doesn't happen to anyone else. I scheduled a deep cleaning for my 900 square feet apartment for last Monday October 12th and the fact this company moved my cleaning time twice should have been my first clue, they raised the price after two hour of cleaning and i accepted it cause i needed a professional deep cleaning but after 3 and a half hours of job and 402 of cleaning bill the results were not the ones i expected at all, i called to explain what was going on and they told me they needed photos i sent several to them and i was expecting for the free retouch something that not only didn't happen but i had to do the rest of the cleaning myself because after 3 days waiting for a response they just told me i had to pay for an extra hour of cleaning because the free retouch is one hour of service and the would be needing 2 hours for leaving my place really clean.. This is NOT a trustworthy company at all, and i do not recommend them to anyone, here are the pictures so you all can see what the call a professional deep cleaning
