Cedar Pet Clinic has been involved in our pet care for over 25 years. Dr. Baillie is beyond wonderful and is knowledgeable in all kinds including exotics. We have never had a complaint with any of the staff or service and have always been more than happy with this clinic.

Very unprofessional and rude- not just one time - multiple times - will ( NEVER ) do business with them again! Purchased bird food and it was bad and I noticed immediately and called right away - they wouldn’t even swap it out 40!! Said I needed to contact the manufacturer- that is their responsibility !! And the girl on the phone was very rude towards me - so I told her I would never do business there again and hung up - they are just about the money- could careless about my animals (bad food) - BAD BUSINESS Anyways I found a much nicer - brand new - very clean - great staff - vet clinic in OAKDALE
The staff are kind and helpful but their practices are not ok. The Vet on staff told me I did not have to have my bird seen but every two years when we were in for a wellness check. Now a year later I am told I can no longer get his nails done there unless I get a wellness check. Then one receptionist said that he did not have to have blood work every year but the wellness check had to be done. I asked for an estimate and they sent us a quote with the blood work on it a 130 increase in price. I called and asked why it was on there and a different receptionist sad that blood work has to be done every year. Then I call in to speak to the manager and she did nothing but say well they are trained to say what is recommended. So does that mean I was lied to when I was told that he had to have all this done. I also asked what a 335.00 yearly exam consisted of and all she could say was a good look over the pet and blood work that will check all conditions for his well being. None of that explained why it is so expensive. They are nice and treat my bird well but get anything they say in writing cuz it seems that it will change with each person you talk to.
Lovely vet clinic, they took care of my bun and the rabbit savy vet seemed to know quite a bit about bunnies. I will be bringing him back for future visits :)
