Affordable place to rent with nicely renovated apartments. The property manager, Tom, is incredibly friendly. On the day of the Derrecho, Tom was on top the roof trying to fix it himself and was very concerned about getting things fixed for the residents. The residents are friendly as well and never had any issues with them. When I moved out, I got my security deposit back minus a carpet cleaning fee (this is stated in the lease you sign, so no surprises here) and a 30 cleaning fee which I thought was fine. Requests for maintenance during my lease were promptly addressed as well. I'd definitely rent here again.

Would leave a zero if I could. Kelly was pretty awesome, gal after her not so much. Promise you wont see a security deposit.
I would highly recommend living here. The apartments are in a great location and Kelly is the best landlord I have ever had, because she and her staff really care about their tenents.
