I have been trying to schedule a technician to convert and hook up my new dryer for over a week. I spook to a customer service person on 9/18 but she couldn't schedule someone for me. It took close to 30 minutes to get her on the phone only to be told she could not help me but she would pass my message and phone number to someone on Monday and to expect a phone call from a technician to set up an appointment. Never got a phone call. I tried to do this on line but there is not a place for such a request on the main page. I tried sending a message but was sent to a new page with nothing on it. There is a place to submit a request on the support page but again a blank page. The new phone sysyem is a total loss. It is not clear enough to hear most of the time and there is ALWAYS a long wait time!!! I used to be able to call Cedar Springs office directly and always had good service. But this new phone service STINKS. I guess I will have to find a new propane company to work with because this company IS NOT WORKING WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS!

!! IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A PROPANE COMPANY. KEEP LOOKING. THIS IS NOT YOUR BEST OPTION !! Order gas online and pay the bill...when are you actually going to deliver it? Gas is never here when they state it will and is always late. I'm running low and have tried to call for emergency service, yesterday. No help. Now here I am on a Friday with not enough propane to make it through the weekend and they have done nothing to help. Not to mention the were supposed to have delivered already. I tried emails, calling and chatting online. I'm not even on the schedule yet for delivery?? I will be looking for a new propane company as Amerigas is HORRIBLE!! I'm sorry that Holtons sold out.

I order propane on Jan 31, I was at 35%, it is now Feb 12 still no propane, so I call, the lady said she could add me for a emergency charge, I said no, delivery is supose to be Feb 2 - 15 two weeks is unacceptablethen try to charge a emergency fee.

Typically .50 - 1.00 Higher then other company's around town. Trust me I've checked! Call Excel & ask for Pricing! Once my tanks empty ill be switching to a company that cares about it consumers! :-D
