So I bought a refurbished laptop not from CNT but on line and when I got it it was a hot mess. I contacted CNT they told me to bring it in said they could fix it and WOW I won't ever go any where else now they most definitely know what they are doing and are so very nice down to earth people. I can't even tell them thanks enough except for they will always have my business.
