I was optimistic at first. Was it really worth the 2.5 hour drive to go get a car. I test drove the car. My son test drove the car. But there was a noise coming from the front end. I explained to Tony the salesman that I was interested but the noise was holding me back. He explained to me that they only recently got the car on trade in. They did not hesitate to take car back to service to figure out the problem. Shayn and Del were very nice explaining the common problem and even offered to fix it. Being 2.5 hours away and my son needing to get to his job. I took their word for it. A 25 part and an hours worth of labor. I replaced the 25 part, although took me a bit longer than an hour, I'm no mechanic for sure. Well I'm happy to say its fixed. An honest salesman (Tony), an honest service manager and an honest service tech (Shayn and Del) made my experience at Kerns Ford great! I don't care about the 2.5 hour drive to get there, all my cars may be bought here! I have 3 more kids to get on the road!
