My car had trouble starting the other day. Eventually I was able to get it to start and drive over while Fadi helped checked the battery which was in need of a replacement and he did just that. It was simple and quick. Excellent service!

Staff is always kind and thr store is always clean. I live closer to the Van Alstyne location but will go out of my way to come here.
Was with 2 friends riding motorcycles through 455, and one of our batteries died. We called and received help from Elizabeth who came to meet us in person with a new battery and tools. Thanks to her 'above and beyond' service we were able to get on with our ride and have a good time! Thank you Elizabeth!
Elizabeth and her team were lifesavers for me this past weekend! I got stranded at a local gas station because my motorcycle battery died on me and I was 45 miles away from home. I called up this O’Reillys location and they had a replacement battery in stock for my make and model of motorcycle. I purchased the battery and Elizabeth hand delivered it to me in 10 minutes to the gas station I was stuck at. She and the team working that day went above and beyond in the customer service department!! Thanks again Elizabeth and team for all the help!!
